Meet us better

Who We Are

We are a friendly and diverse group of amateur radio enthusiasts based in the UK, united by a passion for communication, technology, and experimentation. Our club welcomes individuals of all ages and skill levels, from beginners exploring the world of radio to experienced operators. We aim to share knowledge, support each other, and promote the many facets of amateur radio, including operating techniques, antenna design, digital modes, and emergency communications.

In addition to regular meetings and hands-on projects, we actively contribute to our local community through events, training, and public service. Our club meets every other Wednesday from 19:30 to 21:30 at the Lostock Sports & Social Club in Northwich, Cheshire, and hosts regular nets on local repeaters. Whether you’re interested in long-distance contacts, technical projects, or community engagement, training for your Radio Operator License Exam you’ll find a welcoming environment here.
